- Participants may submit their work for Oral Paper or Poster / E-Poster Presentation.
- Each participant is permitted to submit only one entry, either an Oral Paper or a Poster/E-Poster.
- Abstract submission is mandatory for all Oral Paper and E-Poster submissions.
- Registration for RADCON 2026 is mandatory for all paper and poster presenters.
- Authors may indicate their preferred mode of presentation; however, the final decision will rest with the Scientific Committee.
- All submissions will undergo screening by the Scientific Scrutiny Committee.
- Any form of plagiarism will result in outright rejection.
- Ethics Committee approval must be stated wherever applicable.
- Conflict of Interest disclosure is mandatory at the time of submission.
- Abstracts must be written in clear, concise English, with appropriate grammar and spelling.
- Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy and ethical compliance of their submitted work.

Author & Co-author Details
- Full names of all authors and co-authors, Designation of each author/co-author, Department and institutional affiliation of each author/co-author
3 ORAL PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Each presenter will be allotted 10 minutes in total.
8 minutes will be allotted for presentation.
2 minutes will be allotted for questions and discussion.
Presenters must strictly adhere to the allotted time.

Recommended Presentation Structure
Oral Presentation Technical Guidelines
- Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint only.
- Presentation format must be 16:9 widescreen.
- Presentations must be prepared strictly according to the RADCON 2026 Presentation Template.
- Font: Times New Roman.
- Presenters are advised to use minimal text and emphasize diagrams, images, graphs and charts.
- Slides should be clear, concise and easy to read.
- Use of personal laptops during the presentation is not permitted.
- The final PowerPoint presentation must be submitted on a USB drive at the Presentation/AV Console.
- Embedded video clips are permitted; however, presenters must check in advance that they are functioning properly.
- Presenters should ensure that the final presentation is compatible with the conference AV system.
- Offline presenters must submit their final PowerPoint presentation at least 1 day prior to their scheduled session.
- Presenters may also share their final PowerPoint presentation in advance at radcon2026csn@gmail.com.
- Presenters must report to their respective hall 30 minutes before their scheduled presentation.
4 E-POSTER GUIDELINES
E-Poster
- The e-poster must be prepared in Landscape orientation.
- The e-poster should be designed strictly according to the RADCON 2026 E-Poster Template.
- The e-poster should include: Title, Authors' names
- Presenting author's name should be underlined
- Department, Institution / Hospital, City and State, Presenting author's email ID and/or mobile number
- The e-poster content should follow the structure of the submitted abstract.
- Relevant references and acknowledgements should be included.
- A maximum of 6 tables, diagrams, graphs, charts or other graphic representations should be used.
- The e-poster should have a clean, bright background with sufficient contrast for easy readability.
- Fonts and text must be clear, legible and easily readable.
- Presenters are advised to use minimal text and emphasize images, graphs, charts and diagrams.
- The e-poster should be professionally designed, visually appealing and well organized.
- Images, graphs and tables should be of good resolution and quality.
E-Poster Submission
- Final E Poster Submission Date: 15th to 25th September 2026
- Registration is mandatory for e-poster presentation.
- E-posters must be submitted in 8 slide per E Poster in PPT format only
- File naming format: Name_RADCON2026_EPoster
- The final e-poster must be submitted as per the specified submission deadline.
- E-posters may also be shared in advance at radcon2026csn@gmail.com.
- Presenters must ensure that the submitted PPT is final, complete and free from formatting errors.
- No changes will be permitted after the final submission deadline.
E-Poster Presentation
- Presenters must be available during their scheduled e-poster presentation session.
- Presenters should be prepared to explain the scientific content, methodology, results and conclusions of their e-poster.
5 EVALUATION CRITERIA
Paper and poster presentations will be evaluated based on:
- Scientific content and organized presentation
- Design and layout / Visual appeal
- Creativity and overall neatness
- Clarity and quality of presentation
- Defence of the paper/poster by the presenting author
- Ability to answer questions and discussion points
The comments and decision of the judges will be final and binding.
6 SCIENTIFIC & ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS
- All submissions will undergo screening by the Scientific Scrutiny Committee.

- Ethics Committee approval must be stated wherever applicable.
- Conflict of Interest disclosure is mandatory at the time of submission.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality, accuracy and ethical compliance of their submitted work.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept, reject or change the mode of presentation of any submission.
- The decision of the Scientific Committee / Judges will be final and binding.
7 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- All presenters must strictly follow the RADCON 2026 Paper and E-Poster Guidelines.
- All presentations must be prepared using the prescribed RADCON 2026 templates.
- Presenters are requested to submit their final files within the specified deadline.
- Presenters should report to their respective venue/session well in advance.
- Strict adherence to the allotted presentation and discussion time is mandatory.
