Welcome to the official website of Marathwada RADCON 2026. By registering for the conference, participants agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Registration
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Each delegate must register individually. The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration. Registration fees are non-transferable without prior approval.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made through the official registration portal. Payment gateway charges, if any, shall be borne by the participant. Participants are advised to retain the payment receipt for future reference.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the conference refund policy. No refund shall be provided after the specified deadline. Bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Certificates
Participation certificates will be issued only to registered delegates. Certificates will be provided after completion of the conference.
Photography & Media
Photographs and videos may be captured during the conference. Participants consent to the use of such media for conference reports, publications, and promotional purposes.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour throughout the conference. The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant involved in misconduct.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required for conference management.
Liability
The organizing committee shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and insurance.
Conference Changes
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the scientific programme, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice. Any updates will be published on the official conference website.
Acceptance
